Sales Policy

Proof approval is required prior to production on all orders to insure accuracy of the imprint.

  • Artwork changes or cancellation will incur a $75.00 fee once art is prepared for production.
  • Order cannot be cancelled once imprint production or processing has begun.
  • On imprinted orders some shipments may include a product overrun quantity of up to 5%. The final settlement of your account will be billed for the exact amount of product shipped and any additional freight cost.

  • Imprinted orders are returnable for refund or credit only for damaged or defective merchandise and require advance authorization from the factory. A return authorization number must be obtained from the factory and must appear on the outside of the carton.
  • All claims of damaged goods or defective product must be made in writing within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.
  • Freight charges are not refundable, and return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Non-imprinted merchandise returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery of the order, and are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
